This years AGM on November 25th will take place at Toddington Village Hall Bedfordshire, but it will be the last year at this venue. In 2024 we are thinking of changing it’s format.
It is a chance to meet up with friends you met at Folk Camps this year, or those you missed this year but want to see again. You can come to as much or as little of the day as you want. There are workshops in the daytime, a ceilidh in the evening, lots of time to socialise, and the official business of the AGM in the afternoon.

Remote Access to the AGM
Ideally you will be there in the room!
But this year we will experiment with a low-tech virtual access too. Someone in the room will have a laptop, and enable people to remotely view the meeting via Zoom. People online will be able to send a message for questions etc in AOB.
This might be quite low quality. It won’t be as professional as how we ran it remotely during the pandemic. But it will enable more people to be a part of it.

(Meeting ID: 853 2371 5092)
Please join the meeting from about 2.20pm. The meeting has a waiting room, please ensure your name is correct in your Zoom application!
