Will Riding

I started wardening after a particular meteorologically challenged camp at which I spent changeover up to my knees in mud helping out to keep the event, er, afloat. I was asked would I like to have a go at wardening and jumped at the chance. I’ve been involved with site work at Chester Folk Festival and enjoy being part of a team that make things happen, it gives a real sense of achievement, so I took the plunge.

The other Will Riding plays acoustic guitar and dabbles in songwriting. I play festivals here and there and often host open mics in Chester, having found a home in the Folk Scene as well as the general acoustic scene. I write about whatever comes into my head at the time, this usually involves shoes and/or disappointment.
