The AGM for the financial year ending 30 September 2025 will be online only to be held on Zoom at 2.30pm on Saturday 24 January 2026.
The meeting link will be shared via email to governing members.
Both Governing Members and Associate Members are welcome to attend the AGM, but only governing members can vote.
As we discussed at the 2023 AGM, we will no longer hold a combined AGM and Reunion, due to costs and declining attendance. Instead, an online AGM will allow more people to attend, especially those for whom it was difficult to travel to the AGM location.
In autumn 2024, we provided opportunities for governing members to talk to members of Council at the northern August bank holiday Folk Camp. Council members always welcome views and conversations with the membership. You can contact us via the office (email: info@folkcamps.co.uk, phone) or via the contact form.
